This is Europe's first village store which depends entirely on trust.

Though it felt like a sleepy little alpine village in the early hours... it’s actually a pretty popular tourist destination.

It definitely has a more uppity vibe to it... similar to Aspen-feels, if you’re familiar with U.S. ski destinations.

The rain letting up just enough to make a quick stop at Lake Brienz along the way.

I've definitely seen waterfalls before, but to feel the ground rumbling beneath me... really spoke to the power of this glacial runoff.

I arrived last night here in Lauterbrunnen valley... alone, soaked and hiking my way in the dark, up to my Airbnb.
