History with Flavour

The crab is very sweet, which is good because it means it's fresh.

It's very crispy butter and the inside is a little briny, not too salty, it's really really good.

This is a spoonful of goodness; this is a spoon with the smoked fish and white fish.

Oysters are one of my favorites because they are a good source of protein but also because of the historic symbolism that they have.

It was definitely a good idea to stop here and try the local food from the area.

I could definitely taste the flavour of the Irish sea. Very salty, but a good flavour, a good aftertaste.
